10 September 2017 (Ottawa, ON) – Canadian Independent Recording Artist: Andrew Cassara has enlisted a powerhouse team for his brand new single “Victim”, which will be available worldwide on September 15th 2017 via SGMGroupArtists, Canada’s emerging independent artist development label. Produced by Steve Gardiner, an up and coming Canadian indie music producer, this is the first recording that Andrew has produced with his full band. Victim perfectly blends their diverse talents – each lending their unique styles to this end of summer Pop/Rock track that you will not be able to get out of your head.
Cassara made his debut in 2012 with several releases over the last 4 years after signing a development deal with SGMGroupArtists. Over these 4 years, he has cemented his talents as a songwriter, recording artist, performer and finally as an up and coming force in Canadian pop music. With sales to celebrate from all corners of the world, Andrew is certainly leaving his mark on his growing fan base. With some mild success at Canadian radio and a very robust social media presence (240 thousand followers on Twitter, 33 thousand followers on Facebook, 18 thousand followers on Instagram), Andrew and his team are expecting that this will be his biggest release to date.
This year, Andrew and his team embarked on an aggressive touring schedule that included the YouthXCanada Tour , Club dates and Festivals. With that, his team is excited to take his new recordings live to his fans.
Along with the “Victim” single release, there will be an accompanying music video that will be released a week after the song is made available (September 22nd 2017). The single will be delivered to Mainstream Canadian Radio as well as Campus & Community Stations and will represent SGMGroupArtists most aggressive single release to date.
